The mika:timing event app is the perfect guide for participants and spectators of the sport events timed by mika:timing.
The function “My Race” enables the runners to follow their position in real time during the race via GPS, share the information with family and friends and get current information about the race.
For spectators along the course or at home there are also several interesting features:
They may tag favourite runners in the “Track My Favourites” function and follow their positions in real time during the race.
The “Leaderboard” lists all participants at chronometry points as soon as they pass the corresponding timing mats. Projections indicate possible times for the expected finish.
Participants should be aware that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. We recommend to have a fully charged battery at the start of the race.
